Nine portfolio companies have successfully gone public, and another seven are widely recognized industry unicorns.     YIJING CAPITAL was formally established with headquarters in Shanghai, China. In 2017, Mr. Zhang Jianqun founded YIJING CAPITAL in Pudong, Shanghai, establishing its core philosophy of "Global Perspective, Value Investing"

    Assets under management expanded steadily. Investments in flagship companies including Leapmotor and Biren Technology made YIJING CAPITAL one of Biren's earliest institutional investors. Six industry unicorns emerged during this period, forming an initial dual portfolio in hard technology and life sciences

  • Rapid Expansion
    Assets under management exceeded RMB 8 billion. OPM Biosciences listed on the STAR Market and Leapmotor successfully went public. Biren Technology, Lightelligence, and others became industry unicorns as YIJING CAPITAL continued investing in frontier technology

  • Value Realization
    Assets under management exceeded RMB 10 billion, marking a new stage of systematic development and portfolio support. In January 2026, Biren Technology listed on HKEX as Hong Kong's first listed GPU company. In April 2026, Lightelligence listed on HKEX as the world's first listed AI silicon photonics chip company. YIJING CAPITAL's portfolio thus reached nine listed companies
